🏡 House Rules – The Hajdu Hide-Away

Welcome to The Hajdu Hide-Away!

We have built this house with love and care. To ensure a ​​pleasant, safe and comfortable stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:


📅 Rental period.

  • This accommodation is only rented for the period specified in your reservation.
  • A stay outside this agreed period cannot be claimed under any circumstances.


⏰ Check-in and check-out.

  • Check-in is possible from 16:00 – you will receive in advance by e-mail a code for the gate and the front door.
  • Please check out vóór 10:00 am.


🧍‍♀️Visitors & Music

  • Hosting visitors is allowed, but small parties (such as birthday parties) are possible only by prior arrangement.
  • Please be considerate of our neighbors. Music is allowed, but in moderation – especially in the evening.


🚭 Smoking

  • Smoking is only allowed ​​outside by the campfire. Ashtrays are provided there.
  • Smoking is prohibited in the house, in or around the hot tub and on the artificial turf.
  • Butts may always be thrown into an ashtray.


🐾 Pets.

  • Pets are welcome, but only on the first floor.
  • Pets are not allowed ​​on the upper floor or on the furniture, both inside and outside.
  • Always let the dog out outside the yard.
  • Peeing, defecating or digging in the yard is prohibited.
  • Clean up any accidents immediately.
  • Pets are not allowed ​​in the hot tub.


🔥 Use of facilities.

  • The hot tub, fire pit, hammock and all other facilities are free to use.
  • Feel free to takethe cushions and hammock out of the shed . In bad weather please put them back.
  • Please shower before using the hot tub.
  • The first crate of firewood is included.
  • Additional wood can be purchased through the web shop in this guest guide.
  • Please use everything with care and common sense.


🛁 Respect for the house

  • Treat everything with respect – this house was built with love and hand.
  • Please leave the house tidy and dry the shower with the pull tab provided .
  • Report any damage immediately so we can fix it together.
  • Please take off shoes in the hallway before entering the house. Slippers are waiting for you.


⚠️ Important - Liability & violation of house rules.

  • Children under the age of 7 are unfortunately not allowed ​​in our house due to the safety of our stairs.
  • Accidents in our house with your children are your own responsibility.
  • Use of the house and all facilities is entirely at your own risk.
  • We are not liable for personal injury or accidents during your stay.
  • In case of violation of the house rules – such as bringing young children, organizing a party (not reported) or causing damage – we reserve the right to:

- end the stay immediately ëwithout refund,

- charge additional cleaning or repair costs,

- and/or withhold the deposit (if any) or recover additional costs.


We hope, of course, that this will never be necessary. We trust that you will treat our home with the same care and love with which it was built 💛.
